Mobile Internet in any country in the world

If you activated or purchased a SIM or eSIM in Telegram - click on the M8 menu button to the left of the message input field in the chat - your PA (Personal Account) will open. If you did it on the website with email authorization - open the app on the website at https://web.m8.tel and log in in the Account section - via email.

Open your PA - using the method you chose when activating or purchasing the SIM or eSIM. There you will see an image of your SIM card, on the left there will be information about the traffic balance, on the right - a blue 'Add Traffic' button.

A SIM card may not work only in one case: if there were incorrect phone settings (either you used and incorrectly configured the second SIM in the phone, or the phone did not take or used APN settings for a SIM that was previously in the phone).

You cannot get a refund for the eSIM itself after its issuance. The eSIM contains network authentication data that cannot be returned, resold, or transferred to another person. After receiving the QR code, only you can transfer it to another person.

Traffic is purchased only as part of a bundle - with a specific volume, validity period, and cost. If the bundle is activated, the remaining traffic cannot be returned or frozen, it can only be used under the specified conditions. If the bundle was not activated - it can be used during the SIM card's lifetime (for example, on your next trips). You can also give someone your plastic SIM card with this bundle or an eSIM as a QR code, if it hasn't been used yet and the eSIM hasn't been loaded into your phone.

Our SIMs do not have a phone number. Only internet is provided, and only in the country for which this SIM or eSIM is intended.

Internet tethering on our SIMs is not prohibited. It is configured on the phone. You can search online for videos on how to set up your specific phone model for internet tethering to other devices.

The SIM or eSIM will be blocked after 12 months if it does not connect to the network in the country for which it is intended.

eSIM support depends on the device configuration. Even if a model similar to yours supports eSIM, before purchasing, you must make sure your device's configuration is similar. Find the model number on your phone (not the model name, but the model number), check the configuration on the manufacturer's website by the model number. You can also search your phone for the word 'eSIM' (usually a search bar with a magnifying glass icon on the home screen) - if the phone has buttons like 'Add eSIM', 'Enable eSIM', or 'Use eSIM' and clicking them opens the function to load an eSIM into the phone, then the device supports eSIM.

You can find your SIM or eSIM and access its settings by selecting Settings -> Cellular. If your phone has several SIM cards, you will see their list, clicking on the desired SIM will take you to its settings. If the phone has only one SIM - you will go directly to that SIM's settings.
