Please note that using the Services after opting out of the above actions may not be effective. You may also: (A) access your data stored by us at any time through your account or by contacting us directly; (B) update or correct any inaccuracies in your personal information by contacting us; (C) in certain situations, such as when your data stored by us is no longer up-to-date or incorrect, you may request that your data be deleted. Minors The User Agreement clearly refers that Users must be (i) 18 years of age or older, or (ii) 13 years of age or older, provided that it is (a) a legally capable minor, or (b) he/she has verified parental or guardian consent. M8 does not knowingly collect personal data from users under the age of 13. In the event that we become aware that we have collected any personal information from a user under the age of 13, we will attempt to find and remove such information from our database. 6. International use The Service is owned by M8 and can be available in Europe and other countries. For data protection purposes, M8 acts as the data controller and, unless otherwise provided, the data processor. The information collected may be stored, processed, transferred, and used in jurisdictions, which privacy laws may differ from and be less protective than those of your country of origin and jurisdiction. M8 also works with the Third Party Service providers to manage the logistics and provide an efficient 24/7 support. In order to provide such services, some data must be disclosed and shared with such third parties. All of the involved third parties are bound by a non-disclosure agreement and have limited access to the M8 database for the purposes of providing customer support. 7. How can the user change or update information? If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, or would like to remove the personal data you provided from our files, please contact M8 at support@m8.tel or via the m8tel_bot Telegram bot. 8. Security and encryption We follow the generally accepted industry standards to protect your personal information. No method of data transmission over the Internet, mobile technology or electronic storage is completely secure. Based on the above, and despite the fact that we make every effort to implement the physical, electronic and procedural security measures to protect the privacy of the information that we collect online, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
